How It Works
Receive Tender Every Month
At the start of each month, all players with an active and valid account will automatically receive 500 Trader’s Tender from a special chest called the Collector’s Cache. If your account doesn’t have game time or an active subscription when the month begins, don’t worry—you’ll still get your Tender on the first day you reactivate your subscription or add game time. The amount is always the same for everyone, no matter how you pay for access
The Traveler’s Log
Every month, a new Traveler’s Log will provide a rotating list of themed activities. Completing these activities lets you earn up to an additional 500 Trader’s Tender. The log has more tasks than required, so you won’t need to finish them all—just pick the ones you enjoy most. You can earn Tender simply by playing as usual, like finishing quests, joining battlegrounds, celebrating seasonal events, or tackling Mythic+ dungeons. You’ll also find unique activities designed specifically for that month.
Freeze an Item in Charm September Trading Post
If you spot an item you love but can’t buy it before the month ends, you can “freeze” it. A frozen item will remain available in your collection until you purchase it or decide to swap it out.
Didn’t find anything appealing this month? No problem-your Trader’s Tender carries over. Any unspent Tender is saved and will keep stacking up month after month.
